  • DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN THE FROZEN NORTH

You arrive in Anchorage at your convenience. For those landing early, the city offers a surprisingly lively welcome: cozy cafés, local breweries, and a hearty introduction to Alaskan cuisine. Overnight in Anchorage.

DAY 2 – GLACIER HIKE & NORDIC LUXURY

We head toward the icy wilderness of Portage Glacier for a short winter hike in a spectacular alpine setting. In the afternoon, we melt into the steaming waters of a world-class Nordic Spa – surrounded by snowy peaks and fir trees, this is Alaska’s take on Scandinavian serenity.

DAY 3 – DOGS, ENGINES & PURE JOY

Get ready for a real Alaskan double feature: dog sledding and snowmobiling through the snowy backcountry. Experience the silence of the forest behind a team of huskies, then switch gears and tear through powder on a snow machine.

    DAY 4 – MOUNTAINS, SNOW & A HUNTER’S BATHHOUSE

We explore the wild beauty of Hatcher Pass on foot – a stunning high-alpine region with deep snow, frozen creeks and epic views. In the evening: a truly Alaskan experience. We’re invited to a local hunter’s private banya (Russian sauna), followed by traditional food and stories by firelight.

DAY 5 – THE ICE GIANT: MATANUSKA GLACIER

Today’s main event: Matanuska Glacier, a 27-mile river of ice that we explore with crampons underfoot and wonder in our eyes. Choose your own adventure: hike, try ice climbing (paid separately), or take a scenic helicopter ride to a hidden ice cave (paid separately).

DAY 6 – SKY OVER DENALI

We head north to the storybook town of Talkeetna. Optional: an unforgettable flightseeing tour over Denali with a glacier landing (paid separatrly). For those staying grounded, enjoy the charms of this quirky mountain town before we return to Anchorage. Flights out after 4 PM.
