HAWAII BIG ISLAND | DECEMBER 8-13

We’ll meet at the Kona airport at 4 PM and head straight to our cozy island homes. After settling in, we’ll take a relaxed stroll along the coast and spend our first evening soaking in the laid-back Hawaiian vibe. 

DAY 2 — TROPICAL COASTLINE, A MAJESTIC WATERFALL & LAVA CAVES 

Today we’re heading to the lush, green eastern side of the island. This is where most locals live, and you can truly feel the authentic spirit of Aloha in the air.
We'll start with a walk by a famous waterfall cascading 400 feet down through dense tropical jungle, followed by an exploration of a wild lava cave.
For lunch, we'll stop in a charming local town full of vibrant character and swing by the local market to grab some juicy exotic fruits.

DAY 3 — AROMATIC KONA COFFEE & WATERFALL ZIPLINING
 

We'll kick off the morning with a visit to a private high-altitude plantation that grows world-renowned Kona coffee, taking in panoramic ocean views along the way.
"Fast and Fearless" – that’s the motto for the afternoon as we zip line over canyons and a dramatic 250-foot waterfall (optional add-on).
And for those who prefer to keep their feet firmly on the ground, we’ve got a scenic nature hike lined up.

DAY 4 — VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK & NIGHT MANTA RAY SNORKELING

During the day, we’ll explore the iconic Volcanoes National Park: massive craters, steaming vents, and otherworldly lava fields that feel straight off another planet.
In the evening comes the ultimate highlight of our journey — night snorkeling with giant manta rays. With wingspans reaching up to 16 feet and unique patterns on their bellies like human fingerprints, they are truly majestic.
We’ll hop in the water with masks and swim right alongside them as they glide and loop just inches away. By the way, if a manta ray happens to brush against you, you're locked in for 5 years of good luck!

DAY 5 — EMERALD VALLEY TREK & SUNSET COCKTAILS ON THE BEACH

Today is all about contrasts. First, we head north to hike down a scenic trail to a wild black sand lava beach.
After the trek, we’ll switch gears and move to one of the island’s best beaches, complete with powdery white sand and turquoise water.
We'll end the day with a cocktail in hand at a beachfront lounge bar, watching the Hawaiian sun dip below the horizon.

DAY 6 — FREE DAY OR FLIGHT TO KAUAI

A flexible day on the Big Island. You can plan your flight back home for any time, or join us on a morning flight to Kauai to keep the Hawaiian adventure going.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

You will receive a full refund when canceling more than 30 days in advance. No refund will be issued when canceling 30 days or less prior to the trip start date.

We highly recommend purchasing additional travel insurance for your trip. This can be done through Nationwide, Allianz Travel, or your preferred insurance company.

Flight delays and cancellations do happen. TRVL360 will not be responsible for any additional costs associated with your travel to the starting point of the tour. We are also unable to make refunds or issue credit. Please consider this carefully and get travel coverage in order to protect your travel plans.
