DAY 1 – LEGENDS OF THE MISTY FOREST
Our adventure begins! For your convenience, we offer two meeting options: 7:00 AM at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or 7:30 AM at the hotel (for those arriving a day early to take advantage of our complimentary pre-tour lodging).
Once the group is gathered, we head straight to Olympic National Park. Today is defined by stunning contrasts as we embark on two breathtaking hikes. We will first ascend to a spectacular viewpoint for a sweeping panorama, then immerse ourselves in an ancient, prehistoric forest where the trees are draped in cascading emerald moss. In the evening, we’ll check into our hotel to rest and recharge.DAY 2 – INTO THE WILD HEART
We continue our exploration of the Olympic Peninsula. Our day starts before dawn; we head out early to beat the crowds and experience the mountains at their most pristine. A formidable challenge awaits: a 12.5-mile trek with a 4,600-foot elevation gain. This trail is designed for those seeking true, untouched wilderness, transitioning from dense timberlines to breathtaking alpine vistas.
DAY 3 – AT THE FEET OF THE GIANT
Early this morning, we relocate toward Mount Rainier National Park. Maintaining our "early bird" tradition, we hit the trail at daybreak to enjoy the crisp morning air and mountain silence. We will tackle a 12.5-mile hike with a 2,600-foot ascent. The reward for the early start is priceless: incomparable views of the massive, dormant volcano dominating the horizon, revealing itself from the most majestic angles.
DAY 4 – A PARADE OF FLOWERS AND ICE
Our final day serves as the tour’s crowning jewel. We head into the very heart of Mount Rainier—a place widely considered the gold standard of mountain beauty. Thanks to our early departure, we will be among the first on the iconic trails winding through alpine meadows and shimmering glaciers. We begin our journey back to Seattle, arriving at the airport by 6:30 PM. Please schedule return flights for after 8:00 PM.
